Are the products halal?

No, our products are not halal. However, we are constantly working on getting more variety for our customers. As and when we add a halal range to our portfolio, we will update it on the website.

What is the expiry date of the products?

The Best Before Date is mentioned in the Product Description section for each of our SKU. However, most of our product range comes with an expiry of 12 to 18 months.

What is the expected delivery time for an order?

We are constantly working to reduce this time for you, but currently the delivery time is 5-7 working days from the date of us receiving the order.

How can I track my order, especially in the case of pending payment?

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, or if you think some technical error happened while you were placing your order, simply drop us an email with your Order ID, or your screenshot of payment confirmation at explaining the problem, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) option available?

Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery, however, we do offer 5% discount on all prepaid orders.

At what temperature should I keep my candies after receiving them?

Kindly keep the candies at room temperature (anywhere between +10 degree Celsius and +30 degree Celsius is fine). Kindly avoid refrigerating the candies since some of the candies become hard after refrigeration. However, you can refrigerate the chocolates.

What are some of the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options?

Each of our product is classified as vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and the same can be found in the Product Description section of each SKU.

Are the candies gluten free or vegan?

We do have certain gluten free and vegan candies in our list. This information is also mentioned in the Product Description section of each SKU.

Are you delivering pan-India?

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500, and there’s a Rs. 50 delivery charge for orders less than Rs. 500.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you receive the candies in a damaged condition, simply send an email to along with your Order ID and a picture of the damaged candies, and we will either process a refund or send you a repeat order, depending on whichever option you prefer. In case of refund, the money will get credited to your bank account or e-wallet (like Paytm, Phonepe, Google Pay, etc) within 5-7 days from the time of us confirming your refund request.
